Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Spain & Canary Islands: 2-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International Orders: 10-20 business days

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Correos Express to ensure reliable delivery.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €100 within Spain and the Canary Islands.
- International Shipping: Costs vary depending on location and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link. If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at info.ohosi@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Ohosi - Excellence Eyewear is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and provide your tracking number.
- If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us at info.ohosi@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, please contact us at info.ohosi@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
